New York, November 2007: Five young people have been found wandering around the city. They are disoriented, upset, scream and suffer amnesia. David McNamara, a former psychologist in the American Army, has been hired at the position of forensic psychiatrist specialist at Staten Island Hospital and his goal is to treat these strange cases. Using careful and meticulous interrogations David begins to investigate what happened. Players will not only take on the role of McNamara while conducting their research, but will also take control of the five patients while reliving their experiences. McNamara delves deeper and deeper into the past of its five patients and as it does so what it discovers is really disturbing
